Dianne Lamendola

Senior Practice Advisor

Dianne Lamendola is a Sr. Practice Advisor for Retail and Hospitality at Cisco where she helps customers define and implement critical business strategies.

Before joining Cisco, Dianne spent 18 years at Safeway, where she served in the role of Group Vice President of Information Technology Optimization, Planning and Strategy. There she oversaw development of strategic technology and business capability roadmaps, IT governance, a project portfolio management office, and communications. She also held roles as vice president of Application Development for Retail and Distribution, where she implemented customer loyalty and gift card programs; and vice president of Support and Services, where she increased customer service levels for more than 1,700 stores, distribution centers, manufacturing plants, and corporate offices.

As a critical change leader, Dianne has extensive experience developing and executing on technology strategies to solve business problems.  Thanks to her powerful retail background, she offers innovative thinking and new insights to retailers and hoteliers working to enhance their processes, increase productivity, and identify cost-efficiencies.
